Annie, that has to be picture perfect this morning.
It's 23 degrees outside right now. The weather person just said the deep freeze is going to hit for tomorrow and then it will warm up to the 40's for next week. |

It was 14 degrees this morning when I got up. Still at 10:30 it hasn't warmed up too much and the wind is howling. Brrrr.....what good is cold if there is

Winds SSW at 5 to 10mphs. The little snow I did have, has melted and then refroze. Now, I have patches of ice, that are a walking hazard. |

its been raining here since about midnight,the worst is yet to come it raining softly for now but there predicting that when the heavy rain moves thru sometime
this afternoon were going to get over an inch of rain. Three of the turkeys somehow went over the fence that seperates our property from the neighbors,its a
black wire fence you could look right at it and never see it,The turkeys walked back and forth all afternoon yesterday,I tried to lure them across with a can
of corn but they squawked so pitifully I just brought the can in the house,then it got dark,evidently when they roosted for the night they flew over the fence
this morning because at the break of day I had three hungry turkeys at the back door demanding there can of corn,alls well that ends well.
